Ashwin Sanghi, known as an entrepreneur by day and a novelist by night, has an impressive educational background with a schooling at the Cathedral & John Connon School, a B.A. in Economics from St. Xavier’s College, and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Yale School of Management. In addition to his business career, Ashwin has gained success as a fiction writer, with his first novel, ‘The Rozabal Line,’ becoming a national bestseller after originally being self-published under the pseudonym Shawn Haigins. His second novel, ‘Chanakya’s Chant,’ has also achieved great success, remaining on AC Nielsen’s India Bookscan Top-10 for an entire year and winning the ‘2010 Crossword-Vodafone Popular Choice Award.’ The novel’s movie rights have been purchased by UTV, and a film based on the story is expected soon.
